The WimHof Fundamentals workshop is a 4 hour in-person event at Monashee Health Collective that teaches you the Wim Hof Method through an introduction to breathing techniques, exercises and brief cold immersion.

Here Dr. Piper guides and explains how to practice Wim Hof Method breathing exercises, Buteyko breathing exercise and Oxygen Advatage breathing exercises and why they are such effective tools to keep down stress, improve sleep, and do many other wonderful things for your health & wellbeing.

Dr. Piper has worked closely with orthopedic surgeons and sport medicine doctors. He is actively involved within the Canadian sport community as a chiropractor and as a therapist/strength coach. Previously, he worked as the therapist and strength coach for the men’s and woman’s CIAU Hockey teams at Brock University, and Ridley College in St. Catharines, Ontario, participated as medical/chiropractic staff at numerous Tae Kwon Do tournaments, Canadian National Track and Field Trials, CIAU Western Track finals, the Great White North Triathlon and the ITU World Triathlon Edmonton.
