WimHof Method
The WimHof Fundamentals workshop is a 4 hour in-person event at Monashee Health Collective that teaches you the Wim Hof Method through an introduction to breathing techniques, exercises and brief cold immersion.
Dr. Steven Piper teaches you the power of the breath and cold, guiding you every step of the way on a natural path to strength, health and happiness.
Hand Stand for Life workshop
